Boot Camp is a high intensity outdoor exercise
class designed to enhance all aspects of fitness
and will help deliver serious results.
Do
I have to be fit to do Boot Camp?
Not at all that's why your coming to us in the
first place. If you are unfit or have been training
for years our Boot Camp classes are challenging
and fun all at the same time. Each person trains
at their own intensity and takes their breaks
when they want to even if their outside the
designated times.
What
sorts of results will I get?
Our Boot Camp classes are designed to enhance
weight loss, improve muscle tone and improve
overall fitness. Fitness is something that will
be enhanced quiet quickly particularly cardiovascular
fitness, strength and your energy levels as
well.
How
is Boot Camp different from working out at the
gym?

You will see and feel the difference within
a few weeks

Your trainer will challenge in all aspects
of fitness

The class is completely out doors

We use sporting, army, boxing and personal
training drills all in one class
What
do I need to bring to my Boot Camp Classes?
You are required to bring the following:
- Drink
bottle

Towel
-
Clothes that you are prepared to get dirty\

Spare shoes ( the grounds can get quite wet)

A great attitude and prepare to have your
butt kicked
Where
and when will you be holding these classes?
We have one class in the Penrith area held at
Jamison Park, on the hill opposite the net ball
courts on Saturday mornings at 7am sharp. |
