Kick Boxing in Penrith - What is Kick Boxing?

Our Kick Boxing Classes are a medium to high level intensity class designed to enhance all aspects of fitness and will help deliver serious results. This class is a great substitute for boring exercise regimes and going to the gym.

Do I have to be fit to do Kick Boxing?
Not at all our Kick Boxing classes are designed to give everyone a proper workout whether you have been training for years or just starting today, everyone trains at their own level of intensity. Our classes are challenging and fun all at the same time you will enjoy the class and soon start to see great results.

What sorts of results will I get?

Our Kick Boxing classes are designed to enhance weight loss, improve muscle tone and improve overall fitness. Fitness is something that will be enhanced quiet quickly particularly cardiovascular fitness, strength and your energy levels as well, however many of our clients have see fantastic results with their muscle tone and weight loss as well.

How is Kick boxing different from working out at the gym?

  • You will see and feel the difference within a few weeks

  • The class is completely focused around boxing and fitness drills

What do I need to bring to my Kick Boxing Classes?

You are required to bring the following:

  • Drink bottle
  • Towel
  • Workout clothes
  • A great attitude and prepare to have your butt kicked

Where and when will you be holding these classes?

We have two classes which are held at the same venue. We hold these classes near Penrith at the Sports stadium at Cambridge Park on Herbert St ( make sure you drive into the back entrance and we are above the canteen). We have a class on Monday nights at 7:30pm and a Thursday Class at 7pm. Your trainer is Denver Oliveux
