Motivation
We provide on-going motivation by providing you
with training sessions that are planned in advance
that are fun and effective all at the same time.
A weekly routine will also be established and
will help you delegate training sessions and rest
days. This way you know what to do and also when
to do it. We also vary our training sessions for
maximum enjoyment and challenges so you will understand
how to make your training sessions exciting and
effective so you eventually make regular eating
and exercising a lifestyle decision rather than
an event to lose weight for summer, wedding or
birthday.
On-Going
Support
We
provide you with on-going support by calling you
when you are not training with us. This way we
will check up on you to see if all aspects of
your training and nutrition are going according
to plan. Information handouts are also given out
on a regular basis to ensure you are not only
doing the right exercises and eating the right
foods but you are learning how and why to do so.
Convenience
We provide you with the convenience that most
gyms can't offer and that is 'we can come to you'.
We are a complete mobile business that can come
to you, we can also train and friend(s) in a park,
home or a gym close to where you live.
Accountability
We will help you keep yourself accountable. We
do this through the aid of a training diary which
all clients are instructed to have. A training
diary is a powerful tool because its acts as a
mirror where you and your trainer can see your
training and eating throughout the weeks. Using
a training diary will help you keep yourself on
track, especially if you know your trainer will
be checking up on you.
