EXPERIRNCE DO YOU HAVE?
I have worked in the health and fitness industry
for almost 7years and have been a ‘Personal
Trainer’ for almost 4 years .I have experience
in working in gyms, training people at their own
home and in parks. I have also trained people
individually and in groups in excess of 20 people.
In my time being a ‘Personal Trainer’
I have helped an enormous amount of people lose
weight, enhance their fitness and achieve the
body shape they have long so desired.
WHAT
TYPE OF CLIENTS YOU HAVE TRAINED?
I have trained a wide variety of individuals and
groups in the time I have been in the health and
fitness industry. I have had most of my experience
in helping people for weight loss and this ranges
from small children to the elderly.
For
sporting and leisure activities I have trained
a wide variety of people for sporting events such
as basketball, football, soccer, tennis and even
those that have participated in the ‘City
To Surf’ triathlons and marathons. I have
also trained people enter the defense force such
as policeman and women and people wanting to enter
the Army, RAAF and the Navy. I have had a lot
of experience in training people these types of
people and successfully help them pass their fitness
examinations.
WHY
DID YOU BECOME A PERSONAL TRAINER?
Put simply ‘I love to help people’.
There is no greater satisfaction than helping
people achieve their goals no financial reward
comes close to it. You get to see a physical and
mental change in the person for the better. To
see people feeling confident about themselves
and then helping other people do the same is a
very rewarding experience.
HOW
CAN YOU MOTIVATE YOUR CLIENTS TO ACHIEVE THE RESULTS
THEY WANT?
I will help you clearly set out what you want
to achieve and then identify what it is that is
holding you back from achieving that goal. My
desire is to help motivate you to break through
those past obstacles as a team until you no longer
need me and then can do this on your own. Empowering
people so they can make a healthy lifestyle a
long term commitment is my ultimate goal.
